Am an Associate Certified Public Accountant (ACPA), hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting with 14 years cumulative experience in Finance, Internal and External audit in financial sector and other various industries. Currently am working as Head of Finance and Administration for Mwanga Hakika Bank, before I was working as Finance Director for NETIS Tanzania where I joined from the United Bank for Africa Tanzania Limited (UBAT) as Country Chief Finance Officer (CFO), previous I worked as Finance Manager with First National Bank Tanzania where I joined as Senior Internal Auditor. I started my career as auditor trainee at PWC Botswana and later joined EY Tanzania as Associate Auditor. My most notable achievement is to transform a loss-making banking (UBA Tanzania) to a profitable entity through effective performance management and costs control.
