CHURCH DUTIES _ Kilimanjaro International Christian Center ( KICC)

Position - WWK Treasurer ( Mhazini) 4 years

Role

-Record keeping of all Monthly contributions collected by the church women and reports to the Management.

- Through church groups ( Whatsapp) remind all women to hand in their monthly contributions and keep reminding them how important it is to contribute on time.

- Together with other women leaders Prepare schedules and know when to chair the weekly meetings.

- Together with the women leaders prepare yearly schedules and share with other church women

- To oversee Church projects and monitor how the budget is moving on.

- participate in Budget preparations with the women leaders.

- Announces to women incase there arises any function in the Church about women.

- Organize seminars for women in the church to sharpen and improve our day to day developments.

- Participate in Hiring supporting staff who will work in church projects.

Have meetings with the staff to evaluate the project and together come up with how to improve where we see challenges in the projects

- Together with the women Management team arrange for prayer meetings in the church
