

I am a results-oriented Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist with 9+ years of practical experiencedesigning and operationalizing M&E Systems & Results Frameworks, strengthening data governance, leading evaluations, and driving organizational learning for large-scale donor-funded and government-aligned programs. I bring advanced expertise in data quality assurance, performance measurement, MIS management, analytics, dashboard development, and strategic MEL support across multi-sectoral programs.
Most recently, I served as Acting Program Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Pact Tanzania – Head Office, where I provided technical and strategic M&E leadership to 78 councils and 13 implementing partners (CSOs), overseeing national data systems covering 550,000+ beneficiaries while ensuring compliance with donor and government standards. I hold a Master’s degree (MBA) in Monitoring & Evaluation and Quality Systems Management, a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics, and the Certified Monitoring and Evaluation Professional (CMEP) credential, complemented by specialized training in performance monitoring and data quality systems, GBV first-line support, and Donor’s MEL standards.
