With a broad experience as an Assistant Medical Officer In-Charge from 2019 to 2022, I managed to combine clinical expertise with leadership and administrative responsibilities. I supervised patient assessment, diagnosis, and management to ensure quality care while managing the day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility. My role involved overseeing resource management, coordinating the procurement and distribution of medical supplies, and addressing challenges in resource-limited settings. I trained and mentored healthcare staff to develop professionals and enhance team performance. Ensuring effective communication and collaboration, comprehensive patient care, and quality standards were upheld. This experience developed my skills in clinical supervision, leadership, problem-solving, and centered patient care, entrenching my commitment to the better delivery of healthcare.

I enjoy organizing nature walks and reading groups as therapeutic activities that promote emotional well-being and self-regulation.
