  • Preparing logistic for branch procurement and store system to ensure that they are conducted with best practice in accordance with the institute procurement policy, store procedure and administrative manual
  • Inspecting and receiving of Good, through issuing of Good Received Note in accordance to Invoices, Purchase Order, Profomas and Purchase requisitions
  • Facilitating and assisting monthly branch stock counting and quarterly fixed asset physical verification and update of fixed asset register
  • Interact with project leaders and other staff in solving problems arising within Ifakara site for the better branch operational success.
