Maintaining SME credit files, co-coordinating efforts with Head Office SME unit, audit, loans administration & documentation and banking operations. Working together with Manager Credit Operations to ensure loan documentation, securities are perfected and in place before disbursement.

In 2020, I managed a loan portfolio valued at Tzs 5.57 billion, serving 40 customers. Through strategic customer acquisition, diligent risk management, and effective portfolio diversification, I increased the portfolio's value to Tzs 20.41 billion by October 2024, expanding our customer base to 84. This achievement reflects a remarkable growth of 266% over the period."
