- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from business case development and requirements engineering to production release and continuous improvement.
- Own the onboarding, governance, and commercial performance of 36 live Mini Apps, driving subscriber growth, transaction volumes, and revenue.
- Delivered +248% YoY revenue growth for M-Pesa kwa Wote and +83% for BOKU Online Payments, contributing to sustained growth across the Digital Channels portfolio.
- Translate business strategy into technical requirements by developing PRDs and working with Engineering, IT, and Product Development to deliver new features and platform enhancements.
- Lead cross-functional delivery across M-Pesa Africa, IT, Customer Experience, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure compliant, customer-ready releases.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and implementation frameworks with partners including BOKU, DLOCAL, and Onafriq, balancing commercial objectives with operational and regulatory risk.
- Analyse customer behaviour and product performance, resolve production challenges, and work with Customer Experience, Support, and Sales teams to improve adoption and satisfaction.
