• Attending and managing to OPD and IPD patients attending our facility in the wards.
• Perfoming minor surgical contions,conducting deliveries in hand with Gynaecological cases.

• Document all challenges associated with information recording, data entry and storage.
• Provide daily feedback to facility authority.

ACHIEVEMENT

Managed to perform under 2 tier one health facility and 1 tier two Dispensary to crack and get required information and update in the DHIS2 Tracker.The Analysis was successfully Submited within specified time frame

As acommunity tester my job was to plan and organize activities that would facilitate testing activities within the community level working hand in hand with expert clients to get into contact with our qualified clients.Our weekly target was to achieve two clients and enroll them into our care and treatment clinic.Working with my fellow stuff to achieve our goal was successful for both facility and community level.

• Supervising all CTC activities at facility level by facilitating and ensuring all targeted goals are reached within expected time frame.Beginning with Addherence indicator involving all miss-up and LTF clients by identifying them and making followup.High VL sample collection indicator in hand with EAC classes.COVID-19 vaccination indicator was also an important task to accomplish to all TX-Curr of the facility.HPV screening to women and vaccinations to under age children below 18 years with no sexual conduct.Last but not least we had TB screening indicator to clients who developed coughing with duration of more than 2weeks proper allegations conduct where taken to diagnos.
