• ·Providing health and safety training, project management and mining regulatory framework and addressing regulatory requirements for artisanal mining operations in the country.
• Providing ore discovery, mining and mineral processing expertise.
• Conducting mineral exploration and advising companies on ideal potential mineral locations.
• Providing technical support to the artisan miner community and creating women-centric services.
• Encouraging mineral stakeholders to use world market prices instead of the guide prices provided by brokers and master traders so miners get a fair price for their minerals and pay the right amount of tax.
• Promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) to improve relationships between ASM operations and communities, leading to improved livelihoods, networking and collaboration between ASM stakeholders and experts.
• Working with artisanal miners, traders and exporters and collaborating with national authorities to provide training on mining entrepreneurship skills in the value chain.

SURVEY SECTION:

• Grade control set out, grade control holes pick up, drill & blast holes set out and pick-up, blast monitor pickup, ore set out and mark up, pit face pick-ups points, pre-split mark out and pickup.

MINING SECTION:

• Daily mining planning, loading and hauling,

MINE GEOLOGY SECTION:

• Grade control, geological pit mapping, blasting movement monitoring (BMM) and ore transformation, ore mark up and flagging,
• Rom pad and pit spotting,
• Blast-hole designing and mine reconciliation

• Sample preparations, and sieving analysis
• Wet chemistry laboratory techniques.
• Fire assay techniques for gold extraction.
• Stereo net structures plotting, RAB, RC, and DD geological logging.
• Geotechnical engineering tests such as Strength tests for rocks.

• Conducting Health, environment and Safety risks assessment in the mining areas.
• Conduction ore mark up to minimize ore dilution.
• Conducting environmental impact assessment (EIA).
• Collecting Reverse circulation (RC) samples and Conduct Rig Inspections.
• Conduction geological Mapping to identify mineralization zone, alteration and geological structures that control mineralization.
• Monitoring of Bore holes drilling and water wells around the mining premises.
• Monitor of slope conditions and review and approve blast designs in regions close to the pit walls
• Identifying geotechnical hazards to the working personnel.
• Monitoring of pit slopes, materials piles, ROM pads and waste damps to check slope stability.
