Competent Natural Resources management professional with a detailed understanding of – including over nine years’ experience in coordinating Natural Resources Conservation initiatives such as community forest enterprise activities, implementing – Participatory in Forest Management, executing water resources management interventions and coordinating private sectors engagement in promoting responsible investments in Tanzania. Excellent working knowledge of Tanzanian community based related programmes including climate change, and other community development programmes. I am an experienced programme monitor with advanced skills in using various sophisticated tools including GIS to interpret in-situ observations, using findings to inform effective decision making. Adept at building the capacity of rural communities to perform effective environmental and socio-economic development strategies through high-quality training and promoting participation, transparency and accountability in decision making.
A 5 years programme funded by WWF NL and IUCN NL aimed at ensuring the Rukwa-Katavi Landscape is sustainably managed and climate resilient, with its water sources, biodiversity, and local community’s livelihoods secured and the communities actively taking part in its management.

The project aimed at empowering Ruvuma landscape (Pwani, Lindi, Mtwara and Ruvuma Regions) communities to become the legal owner of the Village forest and generate money from selling forest products through sustainable timber harvesting.
