  • Created the distribution plan by systematically breaking down regions into geographic and demographic areas to reach and target underserved communities.
  • Traveled across two Regions (Singida and Mbeya) with all district in 2 years to figure out distribution channels and build partnerships to distribute Ubongo content of kids.

  • Followed up in person or via phone with all partners with whom the contact is shared and managed to answer and receive more than 30 calls, emails and Slack per a day from Ubongo's potential customers
  • Evaluated the effectiveness and shared the lesson from the field partners about what does and doesn't work when sharing and distributing Ubongo content of kids to off-grid communities
  • Continuously was on the lookout for new ways to reach the most underserved kids, for example through conducting last mile mini-event with community stakeholders on how we can distribute ubongo content to kids and make sure that no kid is left behind
  • Identified places (App installation stalls/local cinemas/any other relevant location) and supply chain where the Ubongo content of kids can be shared through phone, computer and pads
