- I have conduct a multi - country project of Red- Reflex screening in under 5 years old children attending at RCH in Tanzania in collaboration with the London School of hygiene and tropical medicine ( LSHTM) and the ministry of health from May,2018 to May 2019 as a Projector Coordinator achieved to screen 32,000 children from 5 districts of Mbeya Region as a representative site.
- I have participated in Project designing and initiation of Comprehensive Eye Care services at Mbeya Zonal Referral Hospital in collaboration with Kilimanjaro Community Center fir Ophthalmology (KCCO). The project was initiated in 2019 and still active to current. The program was able to enhance cataract screenig and surgeries for adults and pediatric with primary eye cares services for over 6000 clients to date.
- I have been. Tutorial assistant Clinical Ophthalmology for Mbeya University College of Health and Allied Sciences from 2018 to 2020 being able to enhance medical students with Ophthalmology knowledge and Eye care services.
