Furthermore, I am self-motivated, hardworking and committed to results person, with a good eye for communication skills, who enjoys meeting challenges and seeing them through a problem-solver with the ability to adapt well to new situations and able to work independently under any environment, team oriented.

  • Investigate and documenting the running engine hours as per consumption Monitoring fuel pump and all equipment for dispense Monitoring and measure all fuel stock by using Physical measurements (deep stick) against stock in the system to detecting fuel level and volume to avoid overstock or understock Measure and investigate if the delivered diesel is good for using in our company equipment’s by using Hydrometer, if is there any contamination discovered then we reject offloading until further notes form management
  • Prepare fuel Reconciliation against engineering planning report and daily dispenses with transactions form system Supervise all fuel calibration both on storage tanks, off lorded meter and flow meter

Billing Assistant

  • Generate invoice and send to client Generate MPs charges for the overstay goods (containers) Gathering customer information, names, address, contact information and billing preferences
  • Sending email to reminders the client for overdue payments
