Accomplishments

  • Being a leader as President of Human Resource Management (2019-2020) achieved to mobilize students to attend various meetings and events as managed to prepare beach party events that included students from University of Dar es Salaam and others from Institute of Social Work for the purpose of increasing teamwork spirit among members and increase adaptability to associate with new members.
  • Managed to initiate the unity among human resource students from different universities. As now am a founder and first chairperson of Dar es Salaam Regional Human Resource Management Association (DSM-HRMA) consisting of six universities including University of Dar es Salaam, Tumaini Dar es Salaam College, Institute of Accountancy, National Institute of Transport, Mwalimu Nyerere Memorial Academy, and Institute of Social Work.
