Listening and Talking to people

Whenever i feel angry and depressed about myself and my life, all i can do to save myself is to see through other people's pain, perception and grief so that i can help them through it out, as by doing so i realize that there somethings in life you need to be grateful they have happened to you as it can be a lesson to learn or an example to certain experience that others can learn from, wether it has taken your life or made whom you are today.
