Role Purpose: Supporting the Pipeline Package Manager to coordinate all pipeline construction-related matters, ensuring the project is built in compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards.

Key Activities & Responsibilities

• Supervised daily contractor activities to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
• Ensured strict adherence to Health, Safety, Security, Social, and Environmental (H3SE) guidelines.
• Coordinated with EPC contractors and government entities, for seamless project execution.
• Assisted with contract administration by managing changes and reviewing deliverables efficiently.
• Provided technical guidance to construction teams, resolving field engineering issues promptly.
• Reported regularly on construction progress, identifying potential risks or bottlenecks for the Package Manager.

• Assist procurement personnel in procuring Pipeline Discipline equipment, materials, and services, ensuring that work produced complies with customer objectives and procedures. Procurement assistance includes preparing and reviewing requisitions, evaluating technical quotations, preparing queries, compiling bid tabulations and recommendations, preparing purchase requisitions, and coordinating with procurement to expedite vendor documents, as directed by the Discipline Lead Engineer.

• Review vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specifications and providing comments as necessary.

• Check final subcontractor and vendor data manuals to ensure that all requested data has been received and approved
