Reporting to the CCO am currently a Zonal Director at Tigo Tanzania under Axian group of companies responsible for managing strategic functions essential to sales and distribution and force productivity of the South zone. My responsibility includes planning, reporting, team management, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting and selection of sales force talent. Am also responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the South zone. I’m overseeing 12 sales regions with 15 managers, I have enjoyed 16 years of experience, driving top-performing sales teams to increasing market share and revenue growth in the North, South, Lake Zones and 9 years of senior roles. My expertise lies in successfully developing and implementing effective sales strategies, directing go-to-market campaigns, and negotiating substantial contracts to accelerate business development. I’m proud of the talents that I’ve helped developed and client relationships that I’ve built with some of the key B2B. I’m also proud of the positive and dynamic company culture that I’ve helped drive in my current zone. This is something that I hope to replicate in my next role.
INTEREST , I enjoy competitive sports particularly long-distance running, swimming. I’m a huge football fan, I also enjoy socializing, hosting a good barbecue.
