  • Double the SME loan portfolio from the position of 2020 to 2023 with the required standard of PAR nd NPL
  • Grow the branch loan portfolio by almost 1000% within one year,recruitment of new agents by 60%, growth of deposits and customer satisfaction and staff motivation and retention.
