  • Participating in the development of an overall HR strategy in line with Bank’s strategy and develops and implements an annual plan for the Training and Development programmes that supports the achievement of HR strategy
  • Conducting training needs analysis by liaising with Heads of all business units to ensure that there is clear development plan for each staff
  • Designed, developed and implemented the Bank’s annual training programmes in accordance with the Bank’s overall strategy to ensure that the Bank has skilled and competent staff
