ADRIAN NZAMBA

Dar es Salaam

Summary

An entrepreneur and venture builder with more than fifteen years of experience designing, testing and growing early-stage ventures and capacity-building programmes in Tanzania. I have founded and helped scale companies working in informal value chains, led product development teams, guided organisations through market validation processes and supported entrepreneurs as they move from ideas to viable businesses. My work has focused on understanding real problems in the field, experimenting quickly, involving users closely in the design process, building practical solutions and growing them into operating businesses. I have experience overseeing company operations, coaching founders, working with diverse partners, and expanding products into new regions. Across hospitality, education, livelihoods and youth development, I have consistently helped early teams turn challenging sectors into commercially viable opportunities. I am passionate about strengthening Tanzania’s food and livelihood systems through entrepreneurship and practical venture-building work.
