Summary

I am a monitoring and evaluation expert with over seven years of experience in donor-funded projects. I have worked in various sectors such as health, nutrition, gender, project planning, project management, social behavior and communication change, monitoring and evaluation, data collection and data analysis. I have a strong academic background with a master's degree in public health and a bachelor's degree in rural development. I am also proficient in computer skills and have extensive knowledge of Microsoft package, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. I am familiar with different data analysis software such as Power BI, Excel, SPSS and Stata. In my previous role as a monitoring and evaluation officer, I designed and managed the monitoring system of the project and conducted baseline surveys, data collection, data analysis, reporting and data visualization. I also shared the results and recommendations with the relevant stakeholders and partners. I am passionate about improving the quality and impact of development interventions through evidence-based decision making and learning. I have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and I can work effectively in a team or independently.
